This page is where I will keep what, who, and how I have found information on my ancestors, with some information I may have on them. It is basically going to be a screenshot, photo dump page of all my family history stuff before it’s organized. This way, I can copy, grab and add too each ancestor as I write about them and add their documents from source indexing.

Some of the information I found came from family search, which is a living tree 🌳 and why I started source indexing. There were a lot of people adding and deleting and merging, over and over, and still are. I HAVE FOUND IT LIKE A PRACTICE TREE. Which of course has pros and cons. Pros first, let’s be positive, I love the layout, great to make Gedcom files with, great for source indexing, and so much more. The cons of it is all your work gets unconnected, even when it’s correct, instead of checking sources and merging without deleting, the ancestors shouldn’t be touched. But they are… even to my parents and grandparents. And as to why many these people, I have to still do work on. Grateful to not be alone in this journey, because I’m still learning too. And still building on WikiTree.
